Senior midfielder Tammy Hoch was named the North Coast Athletic Conference women's soccer Athlete of the Week after helping Denison to four victories this week and keeping the Big Red unbeaten at 5-0.

Hoch scored twice and added an assist in Denison's 6-1 defeat of Guilford then headed in the game-winner in overtime in a 2-1 victory over Case Western Reserve on Wednesday. In Denison's first match in California, Hoch tallied two more goals helping DU to a 6-0 victory over Pomona-Pitzer.

She leads the team and the NCAC with six goals this season. Denison is currently ranked sixth in the latest NSCAA Division III top-25 Poll.
